This MASTER IN BODYBUILDING & FITNESS METHODS Course has 3 levels which will provide you an in depth analysis of the major areas of sport and exercise nutrition for professional athletes and recreational exercisers. A range of supplements will be analyzed regarding claims made for performance enhancement. Content covers the major macronutrients of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. This course also will provide students with an understanding of human nutrient requirements and how these are met through the digestion, absorption and metabolism of food.
